First visit to Village Vets with our sick chicken Jack. What lovely staff, in reception, very helpful. The vet Christina was so lovely and caring, explained everything to us and gave Jack a very thorough examination and was so gentle. Don't know whether Jack will make it but we know Christina has done everything she can, just hope medication works She also asked us to ring tomorrow to let her know how she is. Dont bring your pet anywhere but Village Vets. After a traumatic loss we lost trust in our vetinary practice which was part of a chain. We found Village Vets, and found the best vet I have ever known in all my years of cat care - Bronagh. Bronagh carefully and diligently cared our other sick cat back to health and we are so grateful. She has now looking after our new kitten and Bronagh and all the staff are so lovely, knowledgeable, empathetic. It is a family vet with the best of expertise, equipment and time for you and your pet. Dont go anywhere else.

Village Vets is a wonderful caring practice. Sadly, we recently lost Finn our 12 year old red setter but the care, kindness and compassion they showed to myself, my family and Finn during his final hours, even allowing us to stay with him beyond their closing hours is testament to the love and consideration they show to all, both two and four legged. I wanted to register my 3 cats with Village Vets, however I have been told they can only take on VIP memberships which cost £25 per cat per month. Absolutely extortionate and immoral to charge the clients those prices, whether they use services or not. Very disappointed.

Anxious about moving vets practice but everyone was very welcoming and pleasant. Nice and calm reception area. I just wish I would have moved here long time ago. My cat seemed to like it there as well as she seemed relaxed. I also like that there is a separate area only for cats , that to me is very important.

I've had dogs from a little boy and have come across many veterinary surgeries.
My Shadow (Belgian Malinois) visited my previous surgery and for some reason, I'm not sure of, became very scared and anxious of this vet(s).
She came down with, what we think was Giant Hogweed poison. Her eyes, where weeping profusely, her ears became very irritable, but most of all, her nose had a number of open cuts, that were bleeding continuously. when I contacted the vets, I was registered with, to be told they couldn't see her for at least five days. luckily enough, my neighbour, recommend Village vets Crosby.
I contacted them and was told to bring her in asap. I was astonished that they could accommodate her so quickly. But even more astonished, by the fact that Shadow, was so much at ease with this practice. (And dogs do know). The staff on reception where absolutely outstanding, paying so much attention to the pet and her nervousness. Shadow was so relaxed and comfortable.
Then, to make the consultation even more outstanding, the vet, himself made her even so more relaxed. To the point, where I was astonished, she let him inspect her.
This Surgery has to be given so much credit for their professionalism.
And I hope and know you will become and probably already are very successful.

Would highly recommend this Vets. The place is spotless and calming. All the staff are professional, caring and considerate to both the animals and their owners.
Maria especially was so lovely with our elderly dog Brian. Unfortunately she tried everything possible but the kindest thing was to put him to sleep
But the way his life ended was so dignified and peaceful- allowing us time with him which has given us so much comfort

We registered our two dogs with the practice and while only had the need to take one of them so far I can not fault the service. From the minute you walk in (and get assistance to use the lift 🤦🏼‍♀️) to the minute you leave everyone is so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately for us our visits haven’t been the happiest due to the findings uncovered in our fur baby but Kate has been fab at providing us with information to make the right decision for us all. Nothing is too much trouble. Kate called us with test results the day before we were due to go back anyway, something some practices probably wouldn’t have done. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends

I took my Boxer Lola in for a check up on a swelling and scab I found and an irritated ear. Kate and the guys were amazing, so welcoming and reassuring.

Turns out I was worried for nothing, no expensive scans or unnecessary tests, but Kate did identify an ear infection that keeps recurring. A few days on the drops and ear wash I was prescribed and Lola is much happier.

The facilities are second to none and we were given a 5 star service, can't recommend Village Vets Crosby enough. I live in Huyton but I'll be taking the extra drive to go to these guys from now on, only 20 minutes away and well worth the drive.
